Forgotten Your Password?

If you are unable to remember your SPEAR password, you can click on the Forgotten your password? hyperlink on the login screen and follow the steps below to reset it.

Steps

1. Enter your email address and Username.
   NOTE: If you are a guest user, your username is the same as your email address.
2. Click on the 'Submit' button.
3. You will receive a confirmation message, indicating that your login details have been emailed to the relevant email address.
4. Check your email account for an email containing a link to reset your password.
5. Click or copy and paste the link in the email into your browser.
6. You will be prompted to enter your preferred password twice before you can click on the 'login' button to continue.
